our No Peeking Promotion. Here’s how the program works:
1. Determine How Many Envelopes You Want To determine this
number, calculate how many tables you’ll serve between the dates of November
25th and New Year’s Eve. The minimum amount is 1000 with some of our restaurants
electing to print up to 11,000 envelopes. Why so many? Once your guests
realize the potential with the prizes they can win, some will re-visit
your restaurant 2 and 3 times during the “hand-out” stage to increase
their chances of winning.
2. Determine Your “Prizes” Prizes can range from a $100
gift certificate to a Free Soft Drink…we have done over one million envelopes
so we can help you decide your prizes.

Determine How Many Winners of Each Prize Obviously, the
higher the prize amount, the lower number of winning certificates of that
prize are printed. The goal is to print minimal amounts of high dollar
winning certificates with the bulk of the prizes printed being free appetizers,
free desserts, etc.
4.
Hand-Out Stage You decide the hand-out period… as stated
before, typically this period runs from the day after Thanksgiving to
New Year’s Eve. Your server approaches the table (or your cashier talks
to the guest at the register) and asks if they would like to participate
in the “No Peeking Promotion,” explaining to the guest that all they have
to do is come back during the month of January to find out what they’ve
won! Also, they are free to come back multiple times during the hand-out
period to collect as many No Peeking envelopes as they want… That’s it!
5.
Reap The Benefits! During the month of January, you’ll
be flooded with guests redeeming their No Peeking envelopes… The envelopes
must be opened in front of your server, and there is only one envelope
per table allowed. Since most of the prizes won are lower in value, you’ll
typically only be giving away one free appetizer or one free dessert,
yet your guests will be buying dinner… and THEY’LL KEEP COMING BACK ALL
MONTH until they’ve gone through all the envelopes they’ve collected!
Each time with a different envelope, hoping to win the Big Prize.
We
have seen upwards of 56% return with 35% being the normal…
This is a Very Simple,

something free as well as the excitement generated when opening the envelope.
